Dr. Graves is the Faculty Director of the UNC Michael Hooker Proteomics Facility. He is interested in studying the regulation of protein kinases, protein phosphorylation and cell metabolism. His lab focuses on elucidating kinase signaling changes that regulate mechanisms of cell survival and adaptation in drug resistance
