Bridgette has worked in North Carolina and Virginia Public Schools, as well as outpatient pediatric settings. Bridgette participated in the AOTA Emerging Leader Program and served as the VOTA School System Liaison. Her work has focused on promoting the value of occupational therapy in schools, especially in regards to school mental health, social participation, job\/community readiness, and the evolving role of OT in MTSS.
