The overarching vision of the Division of Physical Therapy is to be the nation’s leading physical therapy program for integrated education, research, clinical practice, and service.
Mission
The mission of the Division of Physical Therapy at UNC-Chapel Hill is to improve the health of society through exemplary physical therapist education, research, clinical practice, and community service by promoting activity and participation of people of all ages in North Carolina and globally. We commit to develop and sustain a faculty and student body that learns and works together in a supportive environment characterized by respect, excellence, and shared purpose.
