Why I chose to do a residency at UNC: I was impressed with all the mentors I met during the interview process and my research. The diversity of the staff and their different professional achievements will make for a well-rounded and rich experience.
What I like about Chapel Hill: There’s a place to hike in every direction within 10 minutes. Also, all of the Tar Heel games make for a fun experience.

Professional Interests: Growing in my ability to create excellent patient care, work to publish a research article and teach incoming DPT students or undergraduate to give back to the profession.
Why I chose to do a residency at UNC: I chose this program because of the opportunities it offers, both professionally and academically. Having the chance to work with students, take on the role of mentor, and grow as a clinician is important to me, and this residency gives me that.
What I like about Chapel Hill: I thoroughly enjoy the cooler weather and the beautiful greenery. Everyone is so nice, both coworkers/peers as well as the people I have met around town.

Why I chose to do a residency at UNC: I chose a residency program at UNC because I felt following graduate school, there was more to learn about my role as a therapist and who I see myself as in the profession of physical therapy.
What I like about Chapel Hill: I enjoy how there is always a sporting event that one can attend. Between UNC, Durham Bulls, Canes, and more, there is always something to watch and support.

Why I chose to do a residency at UNC: I chose to do a residency at UNC because during my interview I felt I really connected with the faculty/staff in a way where I knew it would be a fostering environment for learning and growth.
What I like about Chapel Hill: I enjoy attending games at Chapel Hill with my cohort and exploring Franklin Street!
