Professional interest
I am particularly interested in lower extremity injuries as well as working with athletes of all calibers, especially those that are swimmers. However, I love the variety that outpatient orthopedics has to offer and the ability to work with people both across the lifespan and across the functional spectrum. I have a passion for learning and teaching and am looking forward to the opportunity to assist in helping the DPT students in their academic journey.
Why I chose to do a residency/fellowship program at UNC
I chose to do this residency program to enhance my foundational knowledge and skills pertaining to orthopedics in order to best help my patients in achieving their goals. I want to improve my clinical decision making skills and treatment interventions with the guidance of amazing mentors so that I can be the best clinician that I can be!

I love all the outdoor trails around Chapel Hill!
