Why I serve as a mentor:
I have had excellent clinical mentors along the way and want to pay it forward.
I enjoy working with residents in the clinic and helping them reach their maximum potential. Working with residents also challenges me to continue to learn, grow, and practice regular self-reflection. Each resident comes from a different background and training and I learn so much from each resident I have the privilege to work with.
