Why I chose to do a residency/fellowship program at UNC
I was drawn to the residency program at UNC for its opportunities to work with patients across the care continuum, as well as the teaching opportunities with the University of North Carolina’s entry-level PT program. The program also has ample opportunities to get involved in research, service and other professional pursuits depending on each resident’s interests. The location was a big plus, too!
What I like about Chapel Hill, NC
There is plenty to do in the Chapel Hill/Durham/Raleigh area with seemingly endless restaurants, shops, parks and more. It is also a beautiful place to live for anyone who enjoys the outdoors – plenty of local hiking and a short weekend trip to the beach or the mountains!
