Spring 2019 Statewide Meeting of Related Services Representatives
NCDPI Exceptional Children Division consultants are pleased to announce the Spring 2019 meeting of LEA representative practitioners for OT, PT and School Psychology on Monday, May 6, 2019 at UNC Greensboro, Elliott Center, 507 Stirling St., Greensboro, NC 27412. Parking is available in the Oakland Parking Deck on the corner of Forest St. and Spring Garden St.
Room assignments at the Elliott Center (subject to change) are as follows:
- Occupational Therapists: Auditorium
- Physical Therapists: Maple
- School Psychologists: Alexander
The statewide meeting for Audiologists will be held on Friday, May 24 at the following location:
Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Education Building

Winston-Salem, NC 27105
The date for the statewide meeting for Speech-Language Pathologists is TBD.
All meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:00 p.m. with a one-hour break for lunch. Participants will need to bring their lunch or dine at one of the nearby area restaurants.
Each LEA and Charter School in NC is encouraged to send ONE (1) representative, which may include contracted personnel, from each discipline. LEAs and Charters are also encouraged to utilize PRC 118 funding to support participation at this meeting and travel costs.
