{"id":3529,"date":"2020-07-13T16:09:50","date_gmt":"2020-07-13T20:09:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/healthsciences\/physical\/schoolbasedpt\/?p=3529"},"modified":"2020-07-13T16:35:56","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T20:35:56","slug":"ncdhhsresourceupdates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/healthsciences\/physical\/schoolbasedpt\/2020\/07\/ncdhhsresourceupdates\/","title":{"rendered":"NC DHHS &#8211;\u00a0Resource updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NC DHHS &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/files.nc.gov\/covid\/PHT-ScreeningReferenceGuide_6.30.pdf\">Reference Guide for Suspected, Presumptive, or Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 (K-12)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This Screening Reference Guide outlines protocols that staff should follow when interacting with students or staff who: 1)\u00a0 Share they were exposed to someone with COVID-19 (defined as having close contact of less than 6 feet distance for more than 15 minutes) but have no symptoms, 2)\u00a0 Share they were diagnosed with COVID-19 less than 10 days ago but are not symptomatic, and 3)\u00a0 Present with at least one of the following COVID-19 symptoms (fever, chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new cough, new loss of taste or smell).
