PRESENTATION

In partnership with UNC Wellness Center and EngAGING Issues, UNC HCC is proud to present on the Brain-Ear Connection. Emerging research has shown a correlation between untreated hearing loss and cognitive decline. This presentation will explore the interaction between the brain and the auditory system, focusing on how the aging brain processes sound. Join UNC faculty audiologist, Dr. Patricia Johnson as she reviews steps for improving our hearing and supporting our cognitive health.
