SUMMARY:Free Hearing Screenings at the Cedars
DESCRIPTION:Concerned about your hearing? Take the first step with the UNC Hearing and Communication Center. This free hearing screening is quick pass/fail test to see if hearing loss is present. A screening is intended for community members who do not already have diagnosed hearing loss and do not wear hearing aids. The audiologist will examine ears for ear wax and provide appropriate recommendations. Wax cannot be removed as part of a free hearing screening.  \nContact the Cedars (Becky) to secure your hearing screening appointment: 919-259-7934. This screening is ONLY available for Cedars residents. \n  \n*NOTE: if you are currently a patient at the UNC Hearing and Communication Center and are in need of assessment or services\, please schedule an office visit at: 919-445-6744.
