Centered on the pillars of research, education, patient\/clinical care, and people, the plan outlines initiatives to strengthen research infrastructure, expand scholarly opportunities, and grow faculty\u00a0expertise; cultivate and diversify academic pathways while increasing student access and financial support.\u00a0The plan also includes initiatives to\u00a0enhance clinical education and interprofessional care models,\u00a0and foster a collaborative, respectful community that supports ongoing professional development and recognizes excellence.
