Visiting PA Students

UNC Medical Center welcomes visiting physician assistant students and offers clinical experiences in a variety of settings. We provide robust, curriculum-based clinical placements for advanced practice providers (APPs). The Center for Advanced Practice serves as the centralized liaison for all APP students. In order to be considered for a clinical rotation, there must be an active Clinical Education Affiliation Agreement on file between UNC Medical Center and your educational institution.

To apply for a rotation at one of our facilities, please contact our APP student clinical placement coordinator. All questions should be directed to the APP student clinical placement coordinator. Please do not call our physicians, APPs, PA Program or any UNC Medical Center facilities about your application.
