For maximal success with your samples, contact Paul<\/a> Barth\u00e9l\u00e9my as soon as possible to ensure you have the optimal sample holders and fluorophores (pdf)<\/a>. <\/strong>We have a small amount of secondary antibodies with appropriate fluorophores available on-site for sample preparation prior to your imaging session.<\/p>\n

Practical notes:
\n1: SMLM will not work with your standard confocal sample<\/strong> of a coverslip mounted on a slide with mounting media using whichever fluorophores you have in your freezer. The preparation is very similar to your confocal protocol, but there are a few extremely critical details that might differ. You will likely need to generate a specific sample for the demo.
\n2: Fluorophores needed for SMLM also work great for standard fluorescence applications<\/strong>, so anything you might need to buy for a successful demo can likely be used for other applications.<\/p>\n
