Our research interests lie at the intersection between vascular disease, glycobiology, inflammation, and thrombosis. Admission to the program is through the <a href=\"http:\/\/bbsp.unc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Biological and Biomedical Sciences Program<\/a> of the Graduate School.\u00a0Dr. Homeister is also faculty of the <a href=\"https:\/\/med.unc.edu\/ivb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Integrated Vascular Biology Program<\/a>, the UNC Clinician-scientist Training Program in Cardiovascular Medicine and the <a href=\"https:\/\/med.unc.edu\/transmed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Graduate Training Program in Translational Medicine<\/a>.
