Our contact information may be found at the bottom of this page and in the SOM HR Contact List link.<\/p>\n<p>The UNC School of Medicine Human Resources Office is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to UNC School of Medicine departments, centers, and institutes in order to maximize the opportunities to recruit, develop and retain highly qualified personnel and to otherwise enhance the UNC School of Medicine employee experience. This is done in part through developing departmental training, consulting on human resource policies and employment law requirements, reviewing personnel actions, and advocating system\/policy revision\/improvements (in both processes and content as warranted).
