Aim
To reduce the number of excess opioid tablets being prescribed to women postpartum from cesarean delivery by leveraging the electronic medical record to tailor opioid prescriptions based on inpatient opioid use. Secondary Aim: Increase education provided to postpartum women on postpartum pain, analgesic options, opioid use, breastfeeding and opioid use, and opioid disposal.
