System Sepsis Program Efforts

Participation Requirements

1. The physician / physician assistant either uses sepsis tools in the care of their patients, shares information related to sepsis tools with other practicing clinicians, or stays informed of sepsis initiatives at the system or entity level.
2. The physician/physician assistant engages in the project for 6 months.
3. The physician/physician assistant has reviewed sepsis data (system sepsis, local hospital sepsis, department/clinic, individual clinician, etc.) and is aware of whether the sepsis initiative is helping to achieve the desired outcome.
