Visiting Professor: Dr. Danielle Ofri<\/strong>
\nBestselling Author & NYU Professor of Medicine<\/strong>

Danielle Ofri, MD, PhD<\/a>, is a physician at Bellevue Hospital, the oldest public hospital in the country, and a faculty member of NYU School of Medicine. She writes about medicine and the doctor-patient connection for the\u00a0New York Times<\/em>,\u00a0Slate Magazine<\/em>\u00a0and other publications.<\/p>\n

She will be speaking in Kirkland Auditorium on November 19th at 4PM on, “Surviving Medicine in the 21st Century,”<\/strong> and will present at Grand Rounds on November 20th at 7AM in Bondurant G100, discussing “Medical Error” and patient safety<\/strong>. Danielle is co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of the\u00a0Bellevue Literary Review<\/a>, the first literary journal to arise from a medical setting.<\/p>\n
