Felicia Crawford (she/her/hers), ORI’s current Program Coordinator has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion for people of color and enhances this fact by connecting with like-minded people that also wish to change the narrative within professional spaces. In her current role, Felicia works across various programs such as RMSA (Rural Medicine Summer Academy) that creates opportunities for rising high school seniors in predominantly rural areas of North Carolina to learn about various specialties across primary care to the Rural Fellowship, which aids current providers in practice located in rural counties of the state through preceptor development and community engagement through community needs assessments or initiatives.
