LTAM is a cohort-based leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership capacity, foster community, and support faculty in developing the skills needed to lead through complexity and change in academic medicine. The program brings together faculty from across the School of Medicine to deepen their leadership practice, build relationships across disciplines, and expand their ability to create impact at the individual, departmental, School of Medicine, University, and national levels.
