Applications are now open for the upcoming cohort of the AOE FLAGship (Faculty/Fellow Leadership and Growth) Program!
UNC School of Medicine educators are invited to apply for the next cohort of the AOE FLAGship (Faculty/Fellow Leadership and Growth) Program. Applications are open through July 31 for this unique opportunity to build leadership skills, connect with colleagues across the Academy, and advance educational initiatives.
FLAGship brings together a diverse group of educators from across departments and specialties to foster community and support growth as academic leaders. Participants engage in meaningful discussions on educator and leadership development, promotion and career advancement, and educational scholarship.
Program highlights include:
- Launching an educational project—whether educational research, a new teaching initiative, or another innovative idea.
- Building connections with educators across the Academy and developing lasting professional relationships.
- Participating in monthly sessions featuring educational journal clubs, leadership development activities, and practical workshops.
