As we begin our new roles today, we wanted our first message to come from us together. We believe the partnership between UNC Medical Center and UNC Health Faculty Physicians is fundamental to fulfilling our mission, and we are committed to strengthening that partnership from day one. We look forward to working alongside all of you as we continue advancing exceptional care, education, and discovery for the people of North Carolina.
While our paths to this moment have been different, our commitment is the same. Together, we begin these roles with deep respect for the people and culture that make UNC Health exceptional, gratitude for the strong foundation already in place, and a commitment to listening, learning, and partnering with all of you.
In the weeks ahead, our first priority will be to listen and learn.
