Have you ever wondered how coaching skills can elevate your leadership impact in everyday conversations?
This updated professional development series introduces leaders at all levels to practical coaching skills that strengthen communication, build trust, and support better decision-making. Across the series, you’ll learn how to shift from solving problems to partnering with others—using curiosity, presence, and effective questions to create more meaningful and productive conversations.
Each session is designed to be immediately applicable and focuses on skills such as:
- Leading with curiosity and asking better questions
- Listening to understand and build trust
- Structuring conversations for clarity and action
- Recognizing what drives motivation, values, and behavior
- Noticing what’s happening beneath the surface in conversations
Join us virtually for ten (10) one-hour sessions, offered January 12 – March 18, 2027.
- Participants may attend sessions individually based on interest.
- To be eligible for the next-level offering, Practicing Coaching Skillsets, you must attend at least six (6) sessions.

This series is ideal for teammates who want to strengthen how they communicate, develop others, and navigate conversations with greater clarity and impact.
