Jennifer Martini, MD, assistant professor of family medicine, has been selected as the new Patient Centered Care (PCC) 1-3 co-director. Dr. Martini brings extensive experience in undergraduate medical education, a deep understanding of the Foundation Phase and Application Phase curricula, and a strong commitment to the Patient Centered Care course. She currently serves as co-director of Social and Health Systems 4 and as a PCC small group tutor.
Throughout the selection process, Dr. Martini was recognized for her exceptional commitment to curriculum design as well as her vision for PCC faculty development and collaborative approach to working with students, faculty, and staff, alike. We are excited to welcome her to this role and look forward to her leadership as the PCC course sequence continues to evolve in service of preparing students for Application Phase.
