LTAM is a cohort based, in\u2011person leadership development program designed to strengthen leadership capacity, foster community, and develop faculty skillsets in leading through complexity and change in academic medicine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Program\/Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open to fixed-term and tenure-track faculty at the Associate or Full Professor rank<\/li>\n<li>Open to faculty across Basic Science, Health Science, and Clinical departments<\/li>\n<li>Leadership content spans disciplines and is designed to support the development of leaders across all areas of the School of Medicine<\/li>\n<li>Sessions will be held from 8:30\u201311:30 a.m. on Mondays, every two weeks from August through April, with additional sessions for program kickoff and wrap-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Learn More and Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/facultyaffairs\/programs-and-initiatives\/leading-transformation-in-academic-medicine-ltam\/\">Leading Transformation in Academic Medicine (LTAM)<\/a> website for program details, the participant commitment, and application instructions.
