\"\"<\/a>Jill Watson, MHA, has accepted the role of Associate Chair of Administration for the Neurology Department. She will assume responsibilities for her new role on Jan. 9, 2023.<\/p>\n

Jill first joined UNC Health in 2012 as an operations analyst and administrative intern with the Department Family Medicine. Since then she has served in several administrative roles, including as business manager of the Meadowmont Heart and Vascular Clinics and most recently as the Associate Chief of Administration for the Divisions of Geriatric Medicine and Hospital Medicine.<\/p>\n

In addition to her to her administrative roles, Jill is also a member of the UNC Medical Center Women Leadership Collaborative.<\/p>\n

Prior to her time at UNC Health, Jill spent time as an administrative intern at Mass General Hospital in Boston and served as Assistant Vice President for Credit Suisse AG.<\/p>\n

Jill received her Master\u2019s in Health Administration from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and her BS in Business Administration from UNC\u2019s Kenan-Flagler Business School.<\/p>\n

Thank you to Robert Statts, who served as the interim ACA for the Neurology Department since March 7. Statts took the interim role when Robert Smith, the previous ACA, was appointed Vice Dean of the Gillings School of Public Health.<\/p>\n
