Photographs will be returned to the physician, advanced practice provider or executive and will also be uploaded, if applicable, to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/findadoc.unchealthcare.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNC Health Find a Doctor platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is no charge to be photographed, but we ask that attendees, or their representatives, please register to attend via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/70a0f45a4ae22a5f49-unchealth2#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SignUpGenius<\/a>. We understand that you may miss your appointment time due to patient care. Please still stop by as the photographer will likely be able to fit you in between shots.
