She began her work in this role on April 8.<\/p>\n<p>Clifton joins the UNC School of Medicine from Yale New Haven Health, where she spent several years, serving in a number of leadership roles. Most recently she was engaged as business and quality leader overseeing implementation of innovative software solution and operational improvements.<\/p>\n<p>In her role as associate chair of administration she will oversee business operations for the Department of Otolaryngology\/Head and Neck Surgery.
