The team will participate in a learning community of medical schools nationally alongside subject matter experts to ensure UNC SOM is a national leader in preparing medical school graduates to improve health equity in all stages of their careers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The grant team includes core members of HEEL (Dr Shannelle Campbell, Dr Emily Vander Schaaf, and Cat Baker), along with Dr Keyona Oni (Director of Undergraduate Clinical Education at UNC SOM Charlotte\u2019s Novant campus) and Dr Kim Nichols (Senior Associate Dean of Medical Education).
