These values are critical in driving who we are \u2013 and want to be \u2013 as an organization and for our culture.<\/p>\n<p>Through surveys, focus groups, and conversations with teammates, clinicians and leaders alike, you told us that that our values resonate with you, but you would like to better understand what they mean and how we can truly \u201clive\u201d them every day, in every interaction. Our values set the standard for how we treat one another.<\/p>\n<p>So, while our system values\u00a0<em><u>will not<\/u><\/em>\u00a0change, this refresh will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clarify their definitions, and<\/li>\n<li>Include key behaviors and mindsets for each of us to embody.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Over the next few months, we will spotlight each of our organizational values, their refreshed definition, and key behaviors.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to showing you the results of your important feedback!
