This initiative stems from our 25-year academic and clinical Affiliation and reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality care, research, and education in Southeast North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>The GCOE will become a regional hub for consultative geriatric care, community partnerships, and interprofessional training. It will serve older adults across the region and train the next generation of geriatrics-focused providers. The selected team will receive up to $200,000 in planning funds.<\/p>\n<p>We invite multidisciplinary internal teams from Novant Health, UNC School of Medicine, and UNC Health to apply.
