This program goes beyond traditional mentorship by emphasizing not only knowledge transfer but also fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages both mentors and mentees to develop and be actively engaged. Mentoring pairs can decide how many conversations to have but we suggest one a month. Mentoring relationships may be extended if mutually agreed upon by both parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"noSpacingAbove spacingBelow\" data-text-type=\"withSpacing\"><span class=\"fontSizeXLarge\"><strong>Expectations\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"customListStyle\">\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ec0563e163bcd89b27447435412609db5\">\n<p class=\"noSpacingAbove spacingBelow\" data-text-type=\"withSpacing\"><strong>Commitment:\u00a0<\/strong>Both mentors and mentees are expected to commit to their agreed-upon duration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ed2bd42d1ec445214e429cb2fedcbc00a\">\n<p class=\"noSpacingAbove spacingBelow\" data-text-type=\"withSpacing\"><strong>Open Communication:<\/strong>\u00a0An open and honest dialogue is encouraged. Share your goals, challenges and expectations with your mentor\/mentee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e7c7a720a946b6a7396a1cd878ef5d24b\">\n<p class=\"noSpacingAbove spacingBelow\" data-text-type=\"withSpacing\"><strong>Respect:<\/strong>\u00a0Show respect for each other\u2019s time, opinions and experiences.
