All SOM faculty have received an email from facultyaffairs@med.unc.edu with a link to the Standing Committees Election ballot. The deadline to vote is Feb. 26, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Each year, the School of Medicine Standing Committees Election offers faculty an opportunity to participate in our medical school\u2019s governance by serving on a committee as a faculty representative or simply voting in the election. More information on the standing committees is available in the Constitution and Bylaws.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in future service on one of the UNC School of Medicine Standing Committees or have questions about the ballot, contact the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development at facultyaffairs@med.unc.edu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The School of Medicine\u2019s 2026 Standing Committees Election ballot is live!
