Customer Engagement and Operations
The Customer Engagement and Operations team is a group of dedicated IT professionals, software developers, business analysts and support analysts that provide operational IT support to School of Medicine applications and shared services including Qualtrics and Tableau. The team provides help desk support to hosted applications and cloud based applications for clinical scheduling, including integration with UNC Health applications.
The team is also responsible for project intake management – gathering requirements for new applications from School of Medicine departments, centers and programs.
