Beginning Tuesday, July 30, you will notice something different when you visit to request IT help or use the Live Chat feature. School of Medicine IT is partnering with main campus ITS to launch a new IT Support Portal.

This is an exciting change that brings many benefits, including an improved ability to:

Easily view and track your IT service requests and support tickets.
Chat live with IT support staff.
Find answers faster with knowledge articles and self-help guides.
This is part of the effort to continually improve communication related to IT service requests.

From request to fulfillment, you can expect a more fluid process with more frequent email notifications and updates on IT service requests.

As more support requests move to online chat or web submission, this improved platform makes it easier to deliver support utilizing the methods users prefer.

IT Support through this new platform will be accessible on by clicking on the Help Request icon.
