What is DocuSign?

Docusign is the School of Medicine’s supported electronic signature and digital transaction management platform. It allows users to securely send, sign, track, and manage agreements from any device using a web browser.

The platform supports electronic signatures that meet legal standards and integrates with commonly used tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Who Can Use DocuSign?

  • All SOM faculty, staff, and medical students can sign documents automatically
  • All SOM users have sender access for work-related agreements
  • External recipients can sign documents without a DocuSign account

Note: Sender and Viewer roles are provisioned across environments. Submit a TDX request for additional access if needed.
