\nOur Application and Data Services team provides high-quality, best-practice systems to support the teaching and learning mission of the UNC School of Medicine in the areas of application development, data analytics, and reporting.<\/p>\n

\nAV and Digital Platforms<\/div>\n
\nOur AV and Digital Platforms team provides a variety of technical and logistical support for spaces used by UNC School of Medicine, which can be reserved through our Room Reservations and Scheduling office. The AV Systems team handles audio\/video services from consulting to design and integration. The Instructional Media Services team is responsible for producing digital media for the School of Medicine. The Web Services team provides support for the enterprise WordPress multisite network for the School of Medicine.<\/p>\n

\nClient Services and Support<\/div>\n
\n

Our friendly and knowledgeable Client Services and Support team provides swift remote technical support and personal computer assistance while aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction. From routine issues related to account creation, password resets, software & hardware installations, and general troubleshooting, to more unusual technical dilemmas, the\u00a0Client Services and Support team interfaces with faculty, students, and administrative staff across the School of Medicine Community to provide technical solutions to all school-related devices.<\/p>\n

\nInformation Security Office<\/div>\n
\nOur expert security team is dedicated to protecting sensitive and mission-critical data. We work collaboratively to find solutions enabling you to securely share information within UNC and the wider research and academic communities. We specialize in risk assessments, sensitive data management, security outreach, and incident response.<\/p>\n

\nInfrastructure and Operations<\/div>\n
\nThe Infrastructure and Operations team provides compute, storage, and systems administration services to support the information systems needs of the School of Medicine. Our expert staff provides server management, systems architecture consultation, database support, and storage services.<\/p>\n

\nInstructional Technology<\/div>\n
\nThe Instructional Technology team provides a variety of technical support and consultation services related to teaching technologies, including campus learning management systems (LMS), online exam software, tools for student engagement (PollEverywhere, Articulate, Panopto), support for the MD Student iPad program. Our Student Systems Support team provides students and faculty with support with applications such as Sakai, Examsoft and One45.<\/p>\n
