(<em>You may still utilize the <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/roomschedule\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Room Availability Calendar<\/a> to check for vacancies, but please do not use the Quick Reservation Form in this case<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Important Note for Early Mornings, Evenings and Weekends<\/strong>: Please note that some School of Medicine buildings are only open during business hours. Technology support is also limited to those hours in most cases. Please view the <a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/it\/services\/room-reservations\/after-hours-weekend-event-guidelines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">After Hours\/Weekend Guidelines<\/a> for more information when making reservations during those times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em><strong>In both cases, you have not secured the room until you receive a confirmation from\u00a0School of Medicine IT\u00a0Scheduling.<\/strong><\/em><\/span> If you have not been contacted or received confirmation in 48 hours,
