Web based access when on-campus will not require 2-Step Authentication.<\/p>\n<h3>Preferred Method: Citrix Access via Web Browser<\/h3>\n<p>Access from a web browser will not require Hospital Duo 2-Step Authentication if you are on a campus or hospital network.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open your preferred web browser, navigate to the <a class=\"external-link\" title=\"UNC Healthcare MyApps Portal\" href=\"http:\/\/myapps.unch.unc.edu\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UNC Healthcare MyApps Portal<\/a>:\u00a0https:\/\/myapps.unch.unc.edu<\/li>\n<li>Log-in with your hospital domain account<\/li>\n<li>Select the link for the application you want to run<\/li>\n<li>Choose Run or Open if prompted<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Setup for Citrix Receiver<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Check if Citrix Receiver (Ver. 4.9 or newer) is already installed on your computer.\n<ul>\n<li>On most Department of Medicine Machines, the Citrix Receiver shortcut will be on the desktop<\/li>\n<li>You can check in Windows 7 by clicking <strong>start<\/strong> searching <strong>Citrix Receiver<\/strong> using the search bar.
