Learning Environment Praise

I want to give some extra learning environment praise to Dr. Randi Barnett, a 4th year neurosurgery resident. She went out of her way during my rotation to explain things, get me involved, show me how to be helpful, and get to know me. The whole department was great, but she really went above and beyond to create an awesome learning environment.
