This program was developed in corporation with the Swain Center of Executive Education at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.   The program is built around the Personal, Interpersonal, and Professional (PiPL)1 leadership model described by Verrier and Smith (2005) and the Integrated Leadership model2 of Pietersen (2015). This program is delivered in three modules over 9 sessions.
