Ms Gilet serves as a liaison for end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients transitioning between dialysis centers and the acute care setting to improve continuity of care and decrease inpatient length of stay. She assists with educating staff about the care of ESRD patients. She is a member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association, North Carolina Nurses Association and American Nurses Association.
