About
Edwin has been an active member of his medical school, serving the student body as social chair, chair of the graduate affairs committee, and most recently as the student government Vice President and Student Guidance Chair. In these roles, he oversees operations of the medical school government, reviews clubs and budgets, and has worked to organize specialty-specific residency application advice guides. Edwin has also served for four years as a leader for the Heart of Medicine interprofessional student group designed to provide education on end-of-life care issues. Edwin has also been actively involved in multiple research projects primarily in cardiology.
In his spare time, Edwin enjoys rock climbing, basketball, and furniture/gadget creation.
