Grayson grew up in Cary, NC and obtained his bachelor’s degree in human biology from North Carolina State University. He attended medical school at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. Outside of medicine, Grayson enjoys basketball, golf, rooting for N.C. State sports, and spending time with his wife, Kimberly.
