About
Katie, originally from Hilton Head Island, SC, completed her undergraduate work in Art History and Historic Preservation and Community Planning, earning membership in several honor societies. She is an AOA member, and founded the pre-clinical ultrasound curriculum. She has strong interests in medical education, and has presented her scholarly work nationally.
Katie’s interests include running (including the Tough Mudder), art and architecture, painting, hiking with her dogs, traveling, and national parks.
