I am an acute care pharmacist that enjoys meeting geriatric patients and assisting them with both their inpatient and outpatient medication management. Achieving therapeutic goals while eliminating unneeded or inappropriate medications is a goal of mine for each patient. I also enjoy training pharmacy students and residents and am passionate about teaching geriatric principles.
