In “Bone Remodelling and Osteoporosis” (March 22, 2021), Dr. Rubin explains bone remodelling, the cycle that maintains the integrity of the skeleton and normal calcium levels in the body. She also discusses Vitamin D and calcium supplements in relation to bone remodelling.
