DESCRIPTION:Course Description – Integrated Care of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation: A Satellite Symposium – March 10\, 2018 (7:00am – 12:15pm)Atrial Fibrillation is best managed by treating it as a “chronic disease” with episodic symptoms which can be successfully managed through a coordinated multidisciplinary model. This symposium will provide education to primary care providers and cardiologists on the importance of an integrated model of care for AF and strategies for implementing such an approach.
