DESCRIPTION:A Satellite Symposium at the North Carolina Cardiovascular Update \nYOU’RE INVITEDThe UNC Center for Heart & Vascular Care is pleased to present an Echo Satellite Symposium at the 2018 North Carolina Cardiovascular Update.1. Enhance sonographers’ clinical knowledge of the prevalence\, incidence\, prognosis and progression of aortic stenosis (AS).2. Enhance sonographers’ clinical knowledge of the pathophysiology of AS.3. Improve ability to detect hemodynamic progression of AS by Doppler echocardiography.4. Gain a solid understanding of the classification and determination of severity as it pertains to AS.5. Introduce sonographers’ to the proper assessment of AS through live hands on simulation. \nCREDIT DESIGNATIONThe American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) will be providing 4.0 ASE CEU’s for this conference.
